Jessica Bishop graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2007 with a BFA in graphic design and a minor in Journalism. After graduation, she began working as a designer for a local bridal publication and her love affair with weddings began. She launched her award-winning blog, The Budget Savvy Bride in 2008 shortly after becoming engaged and the site has grown to attract 35,000 visitors monthly. Jessica continues to act as editor of the site, which provides inspiration and tips from real brides planning their own budget weddings.
In addition to her blog, Jessica currently works as a graphic designer for a local Christian publisher. When she’s not working in front of the computer, Jessica also represents Stella & Dot as a Senior Stylist. She sells the boutique line of editor and celeb-adored accessories through her website and via private trunk shows or styling sessions. She often uses her Stella & Dot business to raise money for causes and organizations she holds near to her heart. She joined WAV in summer of 2011 and is looking forward to getting involved in the community with this driven group of women!

To know her is to love her. I was nearly in tears on Friday night, so proud of Olia. She’s one of the hardest working and most dedicated individuals I have ever met. So proud to call her one of my best friends. After 7 years of designing her own line she finally opened her own boutique in Edgehill Village. So many people came out to celebrate Olia and her new store. Congratulations friend, I love you!
